Kairos T&P, 48 Samples - Andrew+
Protocol for transfer and protein precipitation of samples. Before centrifugation, samples at a concentration of 500 μM and higher can be manually normalized using 950 µL of 0.1 M HCl, if desired.
Kairos T&P, 48 Samples, Normalization - Andrew+
Protocol for transfer and protein precipitation of samples. A 950 μL volume of 0.1 M HCl is dispensed across the entire plate, normalizing all samples prior to centrifugation.
Kairos Derivatization, 48 Samples - Andrew+
Kairos amino acid derivatization protocol for processing 48 samples using the AccQTag Ultra "3X" Derivatization Kit (p/n 186004535) on Andrew+.
