Automated High-Throughput RNA Purification with NucleoSpin® 96 RNA and Andrew+
This advanced method offers an end-to-end solution developed around an advanced application, a specialized kit, or an analytical system. It delivers complete functional, ready-to-use protocols that are qualitatively and quantitatively assessed for consistency, executability, and repeatability, usually without needing to make any changes. It operates per batch size and is scalable to accommodate changing requirements.

High-throughput RNA purification is a common bottleneck in transcriptomics and molecular biology workflows. The silica membrane-based NucleoSpin® 96 RNA kit, run on the Andrew+ robot with the Extraction+ vacuum module, automates purification of 8–96 samples in parallel with on-column DNase treatment, eliminating repetitive pipetting and manual vacuum steps. It delivers high-integrity RNA (RIN up to 10) with typical yields of 10–40 µg from cells and tissue, reducing errors and streamlining downstream analysis.
